Our products are built and shipped from our base in Central New Jersey, about 90 minutes' drive from New York City and Philadelphia. Residents of the NY/NJ/PA area may be able to pick up larger orders in person to avoid packaging and shipping charges. Residents of other areas can order the support structure (SAVEKIT) and obtain wood planks for steps locally from a lumber or home improvement story.

For local pickup: We supply the supporting structure and wood planks for steps.

For delivery: We supply the supporting structure only (SAVEKIT). Wood planks for steps can be purchased from your local lumber or home improvement store.

For UPS-shipped orders: Packaging charges are $50 for supports. Shipping charge is additional.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and vary based on your location.

'Support only' cost-saving kit (SAVEKIT)

The SAVEKIT includes only the frame and support mechanism from EasyKolu. Customers may complete their kit by buying the wooden step planks locally at any lumber supplier or home improvement store and having them cut to size. The SAVEKIT is shipped in a single box, reducing packaging costs to $50.
